QTIX had been around for over three decades, quietly powering ticketing for Queensland’s biggest arts and cultural institutions.
Despite their legacy and trusted service, the brand was starting to feel left behind in a fast-moving digital world. The task was to modernise QTIX’s identity—without losing the trust, clarity and confidence it had earned over 30 years.
The new brand needed to feel modern, confident and digital-first, while still reflecting QTIX’s connection to the arts. The refreshed logo was inspired by the action at the heart of the experience: the satisfying tear of a ticket. That moment became the mark.
We built a visual identity around that core idea. Clean typography, a bold new colour palette and a graphic system that flexed across digital its digital touchpoints, without overshadowing the shows and institutions it supports.
